Roxas and Company, Inc. (RCI) has secured a P1.93-billion loan facility from China Banking Corp. to refinance existing debt across the group and provide additional funding for its operations.
In a disclosure on Monday, RCI said it entered into an Omnibus Loan and Security Agreement with China Bank last week covering a term loan facility of up to P1.932 billion.
“The proceeds will be used to refinance the Company's and its subsidiaries' existing loan obligations and for general corporate purposes,” the company said.
The refinancing gives RCI fresh room to manage its debt obligations as it continues to oversee a diversified portfolio spanning property development, hospitality and other businesses.
RCI is the listed holding company of the Roxas Group. Its businesses include real estate development and hospitality through Roxaco Land Corp., along with other investments and assets.
The company ended 2025 with total liabilities of P8.25 billion, down from P10.70 billion a year earlier, while stockholders’ equity increased to P26.03 billion from P24.93 billion.
