Alvin Lagumbay of Bangar, La Union meets Pepito Masangkay of Davao City for the Philippine Boxing Federation (PBF) super-lightweight crown in the main event of Manny Pacquiao Presents: Blow-By-Blow on 18 January in Sablayan, Occidental Mindoro.
The Lagumbay-Masangkay duel is booked for 10 rounds.
