The Space of BTS pop-up made its comeback at SM Mall of Asia, Level 3, North Main Mall Running until January 31, 2025, this three-month pop-up became the ultimate BTS merch haven, offering exclusive PH-only items like hand-embroidered Kultura barongs (only 15 were available!), customizable Sunnies Flasks, and Buslo and Puso bags by R2R, handwoven in BTS’ signature violet.
The transformation of the sprawling 10-hectare property SM Megamall, the country’s third-largest mall, includes the addition of 20,000 square meters of leasable space. Parking has been expanded with the addition of 1,000 slots. One of the renovation’s highlights is the fifth floor’s air-conditioned garden, which features state-of-the-art ETFE roofing technology.
SM Mall of Asia is transforming the Manila skyline with the ambitious redevelopment and expansion of its roof deck. Its vast master-planned play space includes a dog park, an amphitheater for shows, leasable areas, a multi-purpose meditation space, a FIFA-sized football pitch, and larger-than-life structures.
SM City Cebu’s redevelopment includes new retail shops, enhanced parking facilities, and an inviting al fresco dining area featuring a lush outdoor garden. The transformation includes a modern chapel, the National University (NU) Cebu campus, and new office buildings.
SM City Iloilo, meanwhile, will have a modernized exterior, a new campus, and a sky garden at SM Strata. It will also feature new dining options, shopping experiences, and immersive attractions.
SM City Bacolod’s redevelopment will include prestigious retail options and a variety of local and international dining brands. These, together with enhanced wellness services, will be set against a botanical-inspired interior of the mall’s North Block.
