The Philippines will be showcasing 15 young weightlifters for the 2024 Asian Youth & Junior Weightlifting Championships in Doha, Qatar.

Rosalinda Faustino, meanwhile, will be competing in both the youth and junior divisions of the women’s 49-kg category.
Also competing on Saturday are Prince Keil delos Santos, who will compete in both the youth and junior division, and Eleaphraime Limmong, who will compete in the junior division, as they join the men’s 55-kg category.
Jhodie A. Peralta will be the lone Filipino weightlifter vying in the women’s 55-kg category as she will be eyeing to win both youth and junior divisions.
Jose Dayao III will cap the Philippines’ campaign in the tournament as he joins both youth and junior divisions of the men’s 67-kg category.
