Filinvest Land welcomes ALPLA Philippines to Innovation Park in Calamba

Filinvest Land Inc. (FLI) has announced the addition of ALPLA Philippines to its growing roster of clients at the Filinvest Innovation Park (FIP) in Ciudad de Calamba. ALPLA Philippines, a subsidiary of the Austrian global leader in plastic packaging solutions and recycling, has signed a lease agreement for two Ready-Built Factory (RBF) units within FIP - Ciudad de Calamba. The facilities cover a total area of 4,480 sqm. under an initial five-year lease with an option for extension, signaling a long-term commitment to sustainable expansion in the Philippines. ALPLA’s operations will focus on serving its growing client base, including its role as a primary bottle cap supplier.
