A Japanese man who had been apprehended earlier this year for being a wanted fugitive in Japan was successfully deported by the Bureau of Immigration (BI).
The agency identified the Japanese fugitive as Sasaki Yohei, a 36-year-old who was arrested last 1 October along Mercury Street in Bahay Toro, Quezon City.
On Monday morning at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 1, Yohei boarded onto a Japan Airlines flight bound for Tokyo, Japan. After discovering his crimes from the Japanese government, the BI immediately issued a deportation order against him.
