Carlos Yulo will be aiming for a podium finish in three apparatus when he competes in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
Gymnastics Association of the Philippines president Cynthia Carrion said they want Yulo to focus on floor exercise, vault and parallel bars to boost his chances of winning a medal.
Yulo and Filipino-American Aleah Finnegan are the only gymnasts so far who have qualified for the Olympics.
"I told him not to worry about the pommel horse, rings and high bar because he cannot do that. We want him to concentrate on floor, parallel bars and vault," Carrion said.
"He's going to compete in the all-around but he's only going to concentrate on the three apparatuses."
