The Asian Poker Tour is thrilled to get the Year of the Dragon off to a roaring start with APT Taipei 2024 which will be held from 28 February to 10 March.
The highlight of the 12-day festival sponsored by Natural 8 will be the TWD 70,000 (~USD 2,225) APT Main Event — playing out March 3-9 — which will boast the tour at TWD 65 million (~USD 2 million)!
Run in partnership with the Chinese Texas Hold'em Poker Club (CTP) the festival will run over two venues 1.7 km apart; the CTP Asia Poker Arena — Asia's largest permanent poker room — and the CML (Chinese Mahjong League both located in central Taipei.
"The Main Event is just the first of several exciting announcements for APT Taipei 2024. We made history here last year and are optimistic that we will break those records again," said APT president Neil Johnson.
