Mayor Abby announced the opening of the OPD free consultation at OsMak in My Makati FB page for the residents of the EMBO brangays.
For free consultation, the residents will have to register to www.econsult.osmak.gov.ph and the portal is open starting 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Aside from the free consultation, the city government said laboratory and diagnostics tests for senior citizens who have a valid yellow card.
It also advised to those confirmed to wait for the call of OsMak for the day and time of the schedule for a face-to-face consultation.
The residents were all praised for the decision of the local government of Makati as it will greatly help them with their medical needs after their yellow card has been deemed canceled after the 10 barangays were under the city government of Taguig as per the decision of the Supreme Court.
“Maraming salamat po Mayora, God Bless us all… to God be the highest glory,” said Sonia one of the residents of EMBO.
Jay-Ar commented, “Big Thanks Makatizen Mayora Binay….Napakalaking tulong po talaga yan lalo na sa mga seniors.”
Earlier, Mayor Abby said the year 2023 was not without its tests as the political shift resulting from the departure of 10 barangays presented significant challenges, impacting approximately 300,000 citizens.
“However, we have not passively accepted this change. We are actively working to support those affected, ensuring they remain an integral part of our Makati family. We are committed to rebuilding and strengthening community ties, fostering an environment of inclusivity and value for every resident, regardless of their district,” the lady mayor said.
