Elements of the Muntinlupa City police arrested a fugitive from law in an anti-criminality campaign along Buendia Street, Barangay Tunasan, Muntinlupa City the other night.
The operation was launched by virtue of a warrant of arrest against Mark Bolasco, 28 years old, who is listed as top 10 most wanted person of Muntinlupa City Police.
The Warrant and Subpoena Unit of the Muntinlupa CPS led the operation on the strength of warrant of arrest for violation of Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002- Possession of Dangerous Drugs (RA 9165 Article II Section 11) docketed under Criminal Case No. 18-853 issued by Hon. Presiding Judge Gener M. Gito of Regional Trial Court Branch 206, Muntinlupa City dated 20 May 2023 for Service of Sentence.
The arrest of Bolasco came after eight months in hiding from the law.
The warrant of arrest will be returned to the issuing court, while the suspect is now detained at the Custodial Facility of Muntinlupa City Police Station.
