To ensure the safety and well-being of every Pamilyang Valenzuelano, Valenzuela Mayor Wes Gatchalian, has issued Executive Order 2023-173, Series of 2023 aimed at mitigating the risks associated with the use of firecrackers and pyrotechnic devices
Titled "An Order Establishing And Designating Firecrackers And Other Pyrotechnic Devices Display Zone, And Prohibition On The Sale, Manufacture, Distribution, And Use Of Such In The City Of Valenzuela" it signifies a commitment to create a safe environment for celebrating the new year festivities within the city.
The order, in coordination with the different barangays in the city, establishes designated zones for their display while imposing a strict prohibition on the sale, manufacture, distribution and use in other areas of Valenzuela.
Residents and visitors are urged to adhere to the guidelines outlined in Executive Order 2023-173, ensuring a joyous yet safe celebration for all Pamilyang Valenzuelano this coming new year.
