A 20-year-old kitchen helper identified as alias JM was arrested this week in Laguna, marking the capture of one of Pasay City's top three most wanted individuals.
Officers from the Southern Police District Special Operations Unit, District Investigation Division, Station Investigation Section, and San Pedro City Police Station in Laguna collaborated on the operation.
They apprehended JM around 1:15 p.m. inside a restaurant located along San Vicente Street in Barangay Nurva, San Pedro, Laguna.
The arrest was made under a warrant issued by Judge Christian P. Castaneda of Pasay City Regional Trial Court Branch 109 on 17 April 2023.
JM faces charges of acts of lasciviousness under Section 5 (B) of Republic Act 7610, with a recommended bail of P200,000. The case is docketed as Criminal Case R-PSY-23-00734-CR.
