To strengthen honesty and provide exceptional service, the Bureau of Immigration (BI) collaborated with the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

BI Commissioner Norman Tansingco emphasized the importance of the bureau's partnership with the ADB. "Our collaborative efforts with the ADB underscore the importance of partnerships in fortifying the Bureau's integrity and elevating service standards," said Tansingco.

"By fostering alliances and investing in training initiatives, we are committed to empowering our personnel," he added.

As part of an ongoing effort to offer integrity seminars to government employees, the BI, the Government Relations Unit (CSIS-GR) of the Corporate Services Department, and the Office of Anti-corruption and Integrity (OAI) of the ADB collaborated on this endeavor.

The BI chief added that the frontline BI personnel assigned to various agency offices were the focus of the training, which was held on 13 December at the ADB's Mandaluyong headquarters.

The goal of this training was to concentrate on how the BI's vision aligns with its skills to improve service quality and maintain the highest levels of integrity.

OAI Integrity Specialist Noel B. Anderson and Associate Integrity Officer Mayumi Estacio led the seminar, emphasizing the fusion of exceptional customer service delivery with meticulous data administration and file integrity.

Highlighting the importance of stakeholder collaboration, Tansingco added, "Our partnership with stakeholders is integral to the Bureau's success. Through collaborative efforts like this, we demonstrate our commitment to fortifying relationships and harnessing collective expertise."
