A man long wanted for acts of lasciviousness finally fell into the hands of the Quezon City Police District operatives early evening Friday.
QCPD Batasan Police Station (PS 6) commander P/Lt.Col. Paterno Domondon Jr. identified the suspect as Leo Donesa, 48, and a resident of Barangay Payatas, Quezon City. He was arrested Friday, 22 December in his residence.
Domondon said the suspect was their No. 3 Most Wanted Person and was nabbed after he reportedly went back to their home, as he has a pending Warrant of Arrest for two counts of Lascivious Conduct issued by Hon. Mary Ayn Tolentino Punzalan-Toribio, the Presiding Judge of Branch 99, Regional Trial Court, National Capital Judicial Region, Quezon City.
Domondon said they will inform the court of origin of the Warrant next week after the holiday.
