The Armed Forces of the Philippines on Monday feted outgoing Defense Attaché of Brunei Darussalam to the Philippines, Lt. Col. Amilin Bin Haji Mohd Gani Haji Junit.
AFP Vice Chief of Staff, Lt. Gen. Arthur Cordura, extended the military's gratitude during Junit's exit call on Monday at the General Headquarters in Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City.
Junit was awarded the Chief of Staff AFP Commendation Medal for his work in coordinating the military relations between the Philippines and Brunei, including high-level visits, subject matter expert exchanges, and other training engagements.
"On behalf of the armed forces, I just want to express our deepest gratitude for your professional undertaking, your representation of Brunei in our relations, and the administration of your duties aimed at enhancing our military partnership," Cordura said.
