Clark Freeport — At least 43 individuals recently completed the Training for Work Scholarship Program here, which is in line with the directive of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. of providing skills training and provide livelihood opportunities to the Filipinos.
The TWSP was organized by the Clark Development Corporation, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority and World Link Institute for Technical Studies Inc. that included trainings in Beauty Care Services and Hilot Wellness Massage.

He added that CDC aims to broaden the knowledge of the beneficiaries to boost their livelihood.
From the 43 participants, 25 of them finished the Hilot Massage Training and earned a National Certification II while 18 of the remaining 43 finished Beauty Care Services-Nail Care training and are completing the NC II certification assessment.
Daisy Mae Oh, one of the participants who completed the 27-day Beauty Care Services-Nail Care training, expressed her gratitude to the organizers of the training program.
The CDC, TESDA, Department of Labor and Employment, and WLITSI signed a Memorandum of Agreement last October for the said training program that includes hilot and wellness massage, nail care, shielded metal arc welding, industrial sewing machine operation and housekeeping.
