AmiSa Private Residences breaks ground

RLC Residences achieved another construction milestone as it held a groundbreaking ceremony for the fourth tower of AmiSa Private Residences.

Present during the event were RLC Residences vice president for Project Management Engr. Emmanuel Arce, RLC Residences Cebu branch head Gretchen Marie Lim- Belleza, RLC Residences cluster head Melissa Magno, and RLC Residences Cebu sales directors Federico Pandagani, Leoniza Aguitong, Eugene Arcena and Dennis Siongco.

Located at Punta Engano in Mactan City, Cebu, AmiSa Private Residences is a leisure residential development by RLC Residences that offers relaxing, unobstructed beach views that can be enjoyed from the unit's balcony. The first three towers of this development are now finished and are being enjoyed by its residents, while the pre-seling fourth tower was introduced in 2022.
