Hardly anything was heard from Abdel Lahbati, Sarah's dad, through her years in showbusiness. It was always Sarah's mom Esther who has figured in a host of verbal tussles, most notably with Annabel Rama, but with this recent turn of events, things must really be coming to a head for Sarah's dad to post the family on Instagram. The photo shows Abdel, Esther, Sarah and her sons, Zion and Kai, enjoying a meal at a restaurant. Abdel wrote, "Enjoying every moment with family. The convoy keeps going and don't mind dogs barking," accompanied with muscle emoji.

People speculate that the "dogs barking" refers to Annabel Rama, who has been quoted saying things and implying that Richard "works" while the other one "spends", although Rama did not name Sarah specifically. Rama also said the Gutierrezes will be spending the holidays in Japan except for "one".

Sarah also recently announced a new project with Viva, a TV series titled "Lumuhod Ka sa Lupa".
