The P28.6 million jackpot was won by a single Metro Manila bettor during Thursday's Lotto 6/42 draw.
According to a statement issued by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office on Friday, the winning combination of 36-38-29-37-41-30 was hit by a bettor in SM San Lazaro in Manila.
The winning ticket and two identity cards must be presented at the PCSO main office in Mandaluyong City to claim the check. A year is allotted the bettor to claim the prize.

Meanwhile, 22 other bettors won P24,000 each for guessing five out of the six winning numbers; 714 bettors will get P800 each for four correct digits; and 14,872 will settle for P20 each for three correct digits.
The 6/42 Lotto is drawn every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. PCSO urged the public to patronize the games as a large portion of the revenues goes to the government's charity programs.
