DSWD provides P20k in food, cash aid to 64 OFWs from Israel

Some 64 Filipino repatriates, including two babies, from Israel arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport on Monday, 30 October.
Department of Social Welfare and Development Program Management Bureau Director Miramel Garcia-Laxa led DSWD personnel in welcoming the repatriates upon their arrival.

They are the fourth batch of overseas Filipinos who safely arrived in the country since the conflict between Israeli forces and the Palestinian terror group Hamas began on 7 October.
The OFWs worked as hotel workers and caregivers in Israel. They will be provided a total of P20,000 worth of food and cash aid.
