The Commission on Elections will hold a ceremonial send-off of the official ballots and other accountable forms for the 30 October Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections on Wednesday, 4 October 2023, at the Comelec Santa Rosa Warehouse in Laguna.

The ceremony, which will start at 8 p.m., will be followed by the actual deployment of container trucks holding the official ballots initially bound for airports and seaports, and from there, to the consignees city and municipal treasurer's office.

Official ballots and other accountable forms of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao and CARAGA will be deployed first.
