Personnel of the Special Weapons and Tactics and Sub-Station 6 on Wednesday seized P110 thousand worth of drugs and a gun and arrested a member of a drug syndicate in Taguig City.

The conduct of Oplan Galugad was in relation to the ongoing One-Time Big Time Operation along Manggahan Street Barangay South Signal, Taguig City.

The operation stemmed from a call from a concerned citizen wherein a group of individuals is engaged in illegal gambling.

It led to the successful apprehension of four personalities later identified as Sukyaman Dimapuro y Mamalinta, 48 years old; Rio Ariano y Belisario, 48; Marissa Bautista y Acosta, 41; and Ryan Tengedan y Balawis aka Jepoy, 40..

Police personnel was able to identify Tengedan as member of the Loloy Drug Syndicate Group upon records validation.

The lawmen seized three heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing suspected shabu weighing more or less 16.2 grams with a value of P110,160, caliber 45 with three pcs. caliber 45 ammunition, one .45 empty magazine, set of playing cards and bet money amounting to P400 in different denominations.

Suspects are presently detained at Taguig City police station while complaints for Violation of RA 10591, PD 1602 and Sec 11, Art II of RA 9165 are being prepared against them.
