The Caloocan Police revealed that its operatives seized over P1 million-worth of suspected shabu and arrested an individual during anti-illegal drug operations in the city on Tuesday afternoon.
Caloocan Police chief P/Col. Ruben Lacuesta identified the suspect as Jessie Zozobradon, listed as a drug personality.
Initial reports disclosed that operatives of the Station Drug Enforcement Unit led by P/Maj. Dennis Odtuhan, together with the 3rd MFC RMFB-NCRPO, conducted the buy bust operation at Captain Rico Street, corner of Tulip Street in Barangay 174, Camarin.
An undercover police was able to buy P37,500 worth of drugs from the suspect.
Confiscated from the suspect was approximately 150 grams of suspected shabu with a standard drug price of P1,020,000 and boodle money.
The suspect is now facing violation of Section 5, Sale, Section 11 or illegal possession of dangerous drug, Article II of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2022.
