Authorities nabbed five alleged drug personalities in buy-bust operations resulting in the seizure of P94,0000 worth of shabu in Quezon City.
The first two to fall were Florence Gardose, 28; and Marimar Hapatinga, 26, in Barangay Unang Sigaw where a poseur-buyer bought from them shabu. P/Maj. Hector Ortencio said.
Confiscated from them was crystal meth with a street value of P71,400.
In another operation, members of the Batasan police station led by P/Lt. Col. Morgan Aguilar arrested Darwin John de la Cruz, 32, along Bayanihan Road in Barangay Batasan Hills.
When arrested, de la Cruz yielded an improvised shotgun with 12 pieces of 12-gauge ammunition and two grams of shabu. He'll be charged with drug pushing and illegal possession of firearms.
Also in Barangay Batasan Hills, one Joey Magalong, 54, of the same barangay, was also arrested in a drug sting. One gram of shabu with P6,800 was recovered from him.
QCPD Project 4 police station members, led by P/Lt.Col. Leoben Ong, nabbed Ronnie Bumagat, 32, of Project 4, along P. Burgos Street, in Barangay Escopa 3, Project 4.
Confiscated from Bumagat was shabu with a street value of P2,400 and the buy-bust money.
