Motorists, especially those loading up diesel, can expect another price rollback next week .
Based on the oil trading data from Monday to Thursday, an industry source on Friday said diesel prices will increase by around P1.40 to P1.60 per liter.
Gasoline prices, on the other hand, will also go up by around P0.10 to P0.30 per liter.
The source, however, noted that the projection is still subject to change as it does not include the Friday data, which usually comes out late at night.
This week, diesel prices rolled back by P3.40 per liter and gasoline by P1.90 per liter. Kerosene prices will also decline by a hefty P4.40 per liter
Based on the oil monitoring data of the DoE, the cumulative increase in gasoline price stood at P14.95 per liter, diesel at P28 per liter, and kerosene at P23.55 per liter as of 7 December.
Oil companies announce price adjustments every Monday to be implemented the following day's morning.
