Trade Usec Rafaelita Aldaba has been designated officer-in-charge of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, according to a 14 December memo signed by Trade Sec. Alfredo Pascual.

Áldaba replaces Tereso Panga, who goes back to his previous position as Trade deputy director general for policy and planning.
