Philippine weightlifting champion Hidilyn Diaz bagged three gold medals in the women's 55kg event in the 2022 IWF World Championships in Bogotá, Colombia on 7 December (8 December in Manila).
Diaz dominated the competition after lifting 93 kgs in the snatch and 114kgs in the clean-and-jerk for a total lift of 207 kgs.
Colombia's Rosalba Morales seetled for silver in the total lift with 199 kgs, as well as in the clean-and-jerk with 110kgs, and the bonze in the snatch with 89kgs.
The United States' Shaylah Mariah Moore won bronze in the clean-and-jerk (108 kgs) and the total lift (114kgs).
