The suspect, identified as Emmanuel Hate Diongon was nabbed by agents inside a hotel room in Bauang, La Union, with the girls he was about to pimp to customers.
The pimp's operation is allegedly known in the province but was only known recently after an information was sent to the NBI.
Operatives said they also managed to recover the P10,000 used by the operatives to pay the suspect in the said operation to nail him down which also resulted in the rescue of five women.
Reports have it that prospective customers have to choose the women on a social media site.
After they were chosen by the customers, they will then be delivered to the homes or hotel rooms of the customers.
Atty. Giselle Dumlao, NBI spokesperson, the girls are chosen by the customers paying from P1,500 to P2,000.
