The Quezon City Police District reported Tuesday the arrest of the No. 1 district-level most wanted person against whom a warrant was served.

District special operation unit operatives under P/Lt. Col. Rolando Lorenzo Jr. identified the arrested as Rogem Onarasa, 41, a resident of Barangay San Isidro, Rodriguez, Rizal.

He was nabbed at about 8:30 p.m. Monday at Riverview along the Batasan-San Mateo Road in Barangay Batasan, Quezon City.

Onarasa has a warrant of arrest for robbery with violence and intimidation, and carnapping issued by Judge Jose Paneda of Branch 220, Regional Trial Court of Quezon City under criminal case R-QZN-22-03560-61.

The court of origin will be notified of Onarasa's arrest.
