A 60–year-old woman died from a "heart attack" while having sexual congress with her partner in an inn Tuesday dawn in Tondo, Manila.

Emergency room doctors of the Jose Reyes Memorial Medical Center tried but failed to revive the victim, "Anna," not her real name.

P/Ssg. John Paul Rojo of the Manila Police District homicide section said the incident happened at the Meaco Royal Hotel at Rivera Street.

Her partner said that in the middle of the deed, the woman suddenly gasped for breath prompting him to call for help from the hotel staff.
