Follow your feeling
There is an inner rhythm that flows within us all. And if you stop to listen, you will hear it whispering to you. But wait, if you keep still for a moment, you will actually feel it. Whatever you wish to call it, whether instinct, energy or intuition, it leads you to a better understanding of who you are and what you might need at that very moment you receive the inspiration or inclination.

Listening to your body
It takes practice. Find the time to become more aware of your body signals. For example, a nagging headache may indicate that you could be dehydrated or stressed. Hopefully, it is not a sign of a more serious condition. Be that as it may, a headache could be easily dismissed as a non-event. Then again, it could be indicative of a situation that requires your attention. Report to your physician when a headache has been consistently presenting itself. Any body signal — from a mere headache, physical discomfort to fainting spells could lead to more serious manifestations. It is a message that something is wrong and will need medical attention. Listening to your body means becoming more aware and alert about yourself. It also requires more love for yourself. And one way to do this is to devote time to yourself.
Love yourself more
How does one begin? A little self-examination of your personal goals and ideals is vital at this time. From there, everything else will follow. To love one's self means to cherish life and to nurture one's body, mind and spirit. Perhaps a new wish list is called for. Are you up to it? Life evolves just as we do. And we are inspired, if not challenged to stay on the path of self-transformation.
Body: Eat and drink nutritious foods. May they be kind to your digestive system.
Mind: Guard your thoughts to ensure that they are not counter-productive to the outcome you want. Manage your stress levels. This is because stress is the cause of many lifestyle illnesses.
Spirit: Align your thoughts with your feelings. Entertain only positive and life-affirming matters. These can only be beneficial to the holistic environment you need to surround yourself with.
Be kind
When was the last time you gave yourself a pat on the back? You can learn to be more appreciative of yourself. Also, it helps to go easy on yourself. Try not to beat yourself up over failures and disappointments. If you can forgive others, then you can forgive yourself too. Practise patience and tolerance. Not all dreams manifest instantly. It takes time and a lot of faith. Overlooking other people's shortcomings is a sign of your maturity. It is a greater test of your self-understanding to give yourself leeway for your own deficiencies. There is always room for self-improvement with kindness.

Flow with It
With every breath you take, go with the flow. Oftentimes, insisting on your own way of doing things contrary to the situation you are faced with can lead to more complications. You do not have to be right all the time. There are many ways to solve a problem. Perhaps your way may not be the best. When faced with a brick wall, take a step back and do your breathwork.
Breathe. It can save your sanity. When you focus on your breath, all things are made clearer. You can achieve a better focus by doing regular breathwork.
Sit in a quiet corner, remove all distractions. Sit in a comfortable position, your back straight. Close your eyes. Inhale (six counts), Hold your breath (three counts). Exhale (six counts). Keep still for ten minutes and continue the meditative breathing. This will calm your spirit instantly. This gives you a glimpse of inner peace.
Afformation: "I attract magnanimity in my life."
Love and light.
