Weather bureau PAGASA-DOST's update on "Paeng" says it has reintensified into a severe tropical storm while moving over the West Philippine Sea.
The center of the eye was estimated west of Dagupan City, Pangasinan, moving Northwestward at 10 km/h, with maximum sustained winds of 95 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 115 km/h.
