A guest in a hotel in Barangay Bangkal, Makati City was arrested for allegedly holding a drug session inside the establishment Friday night.
Arrested was Antonio Chua, 36, a resident of Pasay City. A hotel supervisor reported Chua to the Bangkal police sub-station which fielded cops to arrest the suspect.
Allegedly recovered in Chua's possession was a glass tooter in which traces of suspected shabu were seen. Four sachets containing the same substance were also found in his person.
Southern Police District director P/Brig. Gen. Kirby John Brion Kraft said they will file against Chua charges for violations of Sections 11 and 12 of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.
Kraft thanked the hotel supervisor for reporting the alleged drug session at the establishment, saying the police need the help of the public in fighting crimes.
