Paulo B Flores, a regular Sunday columnist, is an ordained Anglican priest. He had undegone PSBRC at the Police National Training Institute (PNTI), Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC) as member of PSBRC Class 2003 Bravo, NCRPO.
