Paulo B Flores, a regular Sunday columnist, is an ordained Anglican priest. He had undegone PSBRC at the Police National Training Institute (PNTI), Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC) as member of PSBRC Class 2003 Bravo, NCRPO. He is pursuing his studies (General Theology Program) and preparing for both Canon Law and Civil Law as he serves the Church here in Metro Manila.
