What exactly does a presidential adviser on creative communications do?
That was the tweet by Makabayan party list member Teddy Casiño on 17 October, the same day Malacañang announced the appointment of filmmaker/producer Paul Soriano as President Bongbong Marcos' adviser on creative communications.
To which Philippine Ambassador to the United Kingdom Teddy Boy Locsin asked, "Why?"
