AboitizLand, the real estate arm of the Aboitiz group, is expecting to generate P1.82 billion from its third and most premium enclave of The Villages at Lipa, Meadow Village, in Lipa, Batangas.
The project was launched amid a robust market reception of the earlier unveiled Sierra and Brook Villages.
AboitizLand President and CEO David Rafael said the company is optimistic to sell 171 units within the 12-hectare premium residential lot.
"The launch of Meadow Village could not have come at a better time for discerning investors," Rafael said.
"The CALABARZON region continues to advance in investment prominence with the presence of LIMA Estate in Lipa. The first Central Business District in Batangas will soon rise in the Aboitiz-owned smart and future-ready mixed-use economic center," he said.
Impressive value appreciation
The Villages at Lipa, AboitizLand's 49-hectare residential enclave, has demonstrated an impressive rise in value appreciation at 83 percent for Sierra Village and 102 percent for Brook Village since these enclaves were launched in 2019.
The residential development provides a selection of spacious lot sizes, ranging from 250 to 1,500 square meters in total area.
The community will have unique access to well-thought-out recreational and social activities including its town center.
Future residents of the Lipa enclave will be able to enjoy and appreciate the tranquility of nature while taking a break from the hectic pace of executive work.
