Soju brand Soonhari's all-new campaign features its newest global ambassador, Blackpink's Jennie.
In a bid to support the popularity of Korean wave or Hallyu worldwide, Soonhari is set to release a limited-edition pack featuring three signature flavors headlined by the K-pop superstar.
Soonhari ChumChurum is a clear, colorless distilled spirit native to South Korea. It offers a light, sweet, crisp, clean taste, and a refreshing finish with fewer calories and a lower alcohol content.
In 2016, Lotte Chilsung Beverage exported Soonhari for the first time to the United States. Since then, the brand has posted an average annual growth rate of 57 percent over the past five years.
Lotte Chilsung Beverage Co. Ltd., manufacturer of Soonhari, is specifically targeting key areas such as the US, China, Vietnam, and the Philippines with the said new campaign. A special merchandise promo will be released in these countries.
The Korean beverage company will also be unveiling a much trendier design for its brand, conceptualized to match the aspirations and active lifestyles of the younger market who are avid consumers of the popular soju drink.
"We will also introduce a special collectible gift box. The exclusive set will include a Jennie photocard, mini sticker, soju glass, and a limited edition Soonhari bluetooth microphone," says James Lee, general manager at Lotte Chilsung Beverage Co. Ltd.
