Park Min-young’s unexpected love triangle in ‘Nine to Six’

Park Min-young is ready to take on a different kind of challenge in Nine to Six, a new Korean romantic comedy that puts career ambitions and matters of the heart on a collision course.
The 12-episode series, which also stars Yook Sung-jae and Go Soo, will premiere exclusively on Prime Video on 25 November in the Philippines and more than 240 countries and territories worldwide.
Set in the corporate world, the story follows a successful legal professional whose carefully planned life takes an unexpected turn when two men with contrasting personalities enter her world. With romance competing against professional priorities, she must decide whether opening her heart means changing the life she has worked so hard to build.
Min-young, known for her roles in Marry My Husband, Siren’s Kiss and Confidence Queen, plays Kang Yi-ji, a senior legal manager at Chronic Motors. Accustomed to navigating a competitive, male-dominated workplace, Yi-ji has built her reputation through discipline, competence and determination.
Han Sun-woo, played by Yook, whose credits include The Golden Spoon and Guardian: The Lonely and Great God, is a legal intern with a passion for jewellery design. He approaches life with sincerity and compassion. His willingness to follow his convictions sets him apart from Yi-ji, whose decisions are usually guided by logic.
When Yi-ji finds herself in a dangerous situation, Sun-woo puts her well-being ahead of his own. His instinctive act of protection reveals a dependable side that could make the guarded professional reconsider her assumptions about love.
