  • Concentrix Philippines has launched the Performance Engineering Team, a strategic capability designed to help clients and teams respond faster to changing demands in customer experience, operations and workforce performance.

Built around the theme "Built for New Realities," the initiative represents a discipline focused on engineering performance through the integration of learning, quality, analytics, governance, technology and artificial intelligence-driven insights.

The program shifts from traditional, siloed functions toward a connected performance ecosystem where data, operations and capability development work together.

Larah Sta. Maria, vice president for transformation and shared services at Concentrix Philippines, said performance can no longer be managed through isolated functions and must instead be engineered through the seamless integration of people, process, data, technology and governance.

She cited that the team allows learning and quality groups to leverage technology for predictive insights, shifting the approach from reacting to problems toward anticipating and preventing them.

The team is guided by four principles stating that performance is engineered rather than managed to accelerate measurable outcomes, functions and technology are integrated rather than siloed, AI-driven insights improve predictability to guide transformation decisions, and governance enables confidence and agility.

Through the initiative, traditional disciplines are reimagined as learning evolves from course delivery to performance acceleration, quality and analytics move from monitoring to generating actionable intelligence, and governance expands beyond compliance to build trust and operational excellence.

The transformation strengthens the company's broader New Realities narrative, which recognizes that companies driving intelligent transformation must continuously adapt to shifting customer expectations, technological advancements and complex business environments.

In early deployments, the team produced measurable gains across integrated disciplines within pilot accounts this year.

Concentrix Philippines observed up to 20 percent faster speed to proficiency, up to 30 percent greater capacity for high-value work, up to 8 percent improvement in quality scores, and same-day issue detection with up to 30 percent faster resolution.

Company officials cited that these results reflect internal measurements of participating programs and are not a guarantee of future results, as outcomes vary by program, client and operating environment.

As organizations seek partners capable of deploying artificial intelligence at scale to deliver measurable impact, the new capability positions Concentrix to demonstrate how integrated performance engineering drives business results and operational agility.
