Title fight tightens as Max gets home farewell
The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1 will experience brief power interruptions on 24 and 26 August as scheduled preventive maintenance is conducted on the terminal’s electrical equipment.
New NAIA Infrastructure Corp. (NNIC) said each interruption is expected to last about 10 minutes.
Backup power will remain available for critical systems, although some facilities and services may be temporarily affected.
NNIC said airport teams will be deployed on-site to minimize disruptions to passengers and operations.
The maintenance is part of the airport’s regular preventive maintenance program aimed at keeping electrical systems in good operating condition and reducing the risk of unexpected outages.
NNIC apologized for the inconvenience and appealed for passengers’ understanding and cooperation during the maintenance activities.
