NBI Clearance Center resumes operations

People crowd the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) Clearance Center along United Nations Avenue in Ermita, Manila, on 20 August 2026 to have their biometrics taken as part of the NBI clearance process. NBI onsite processing was suspended at noon on 17 August and resumed today after heavy rainfall associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).
