Cebuana Lhuillier wins big at 2026 Marketing Excellence Awards

Cebuana Lhuillier secured multiple honors at the 2026 Marketing Excellence Awards, highlighted by individual, campaign, and team accolades that underscore the company's expanding footprint in the financial services sector.
The microfinancial services giant received recognition across three distinct areas: strategic leadership, customer experience, and organizational teamwork.
Emirosco Michael Sena, first vice president and chief marketing and communications officer, was named Marketing Leader of the Year.
The award recognizes Sena's oversight of the company's brand strategy, creativity, and communications as it broadens its portfolio to include pawning, loans, money transfers, savings, insurance, business support, and investments.
"This recognition is a testament to what we can achieve when strategy, creativity, and purpose come together," Sena said.
Additionally, the company's "Pasasalamat" initiative earned a silver award for Excellence in Event Marketing.
The campaign focuses on returning pawned items to selected customers who faced financial difficulties, transforming routine transactions into community engagement moments.
Cebuana Lhuillier's Integrated Marketing and Communications Group (IMCG) also received a bronze award for Marketing Team of the Year, acknowledging the collective execution across multiple platforms and products.
Jean Henri Lhuillier, president and CEO of Cebuana Lhuillier, attributed the success to the dedication of the workforce.
"I am proud of how our team continues to make Cebuana Lhuillier more relevant and relatable while strengthening our connection with the communities we serve," he said.
Now in its sixth year, the Marketing Excellence Awards Philippines, organized by MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, evaluates campaigns and industry leaders across 46 categories through an independent panel of senior marketing executives.
