The incident was discovered at about 9:15 a.m. on 10 August 2026, at a residence along Xavier Street.
Investigation revealed that the suspect allegedly climbed a wall near the creek‑side portion at the rear of the property, forcibly opened a comfort room window, entered the house, took several valuables, and fled using the same route.
