(July 21 2026) Senator Rodante Marcoleta at the Sandiganbayan in Quezon City on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 for his scheduled arraignment on charges of violating of Presidential Decree No. 46 (PD 46) which prohibits government officials from receiving gift, and private individuals from conferring gifts. Marcoleta entered a plea of not guilty to charges of plunder and violation of Presidential Decree No. 46 in connection with a P75-million donation he allegedly received during his senatorial campaign.
