Marami ang nagtaka kung bakit na-postpone ang first major concert ng GMA-7 A-lister and homegrown talent na si Jillian Ward.

Naka-schedule ang concert ni Jillian sa 31 July pero bigla itong na-move sa 8 December, still at New Frontier Theater in Cubao.

Sa isang statement ng concert director na si Marvin Caldito II, sinabi nitong postponement was due to "unforeseen circumstances." 

"With this additional time, we are fully committed to making every moment of the wait worthwhile. We promise to deliver a bigger, better, and more unforgettable concert experience—one that will truly exceed expectations and give our audience the show they deserve," say ni Caldito.

Agad namang nag-react ang netizens sa statement ng concert director.

"Ang daming years na binuild up si Jillian as one of GMA’s biggest stars, pero hirap pa rin makabenta ng concert tickets, laki ng disconnect between network hype and actual market demand." 

"Concert was announced back April pa, so that’s almost three months of selling. Tapos two weeks before the supposed concert date, wala pa ring sold-out na tier."

"bad timing to suddenly postpone an event during 2nd half of the year. June pa lang booked na lahat ng ber months events eh." 

"Was rooting for her to thrive as a performance artist but that AI music video her team released put me off honestly. Her management needs to realize that she needs to build a solid body of work first."
