Gibo leads Pag-asa flag-raising for arbitral ruling anniversary

Secretary of National Defense Gilberto Teodoro Jr. leads the flag-raising ceremony on Pag-asa Island in the Municipality of Kalayaan on 12 July 2026 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the 2016 Arbitral Ruling on the West Philippine Sea.
