According to PAGASA, Typhoon Inday is expected to continue moving northwestward over the Philippine Sea and may pass closest to extreme northern Luzon from Friday night to early Saturday morning, as of this writing. Stormy conditions are expected in Batanes through Saturday, when Inday is forecast to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility.

The typhoon-enhanced southwest monsoon or Habagat will continue to bring rains over the western sections of the country through the weekend. Moderate to heavy rainfall may affect parts of Lanao provinces, Zamboanga del Sur, Negros, Western Visayas, MIMAROPA, western areas of CALABARZON and Central Luzon, Pangasinan, La Union, Benguet, and Metro Manila through Monday afternoon.

Authorities warned that widespread and serious flooding, along with possible landslides, may occur in affected areas.

Meanwhile, several concerts and live music events scheduled for Saturday, July 11, may be affected by the weather conditions, particularly those in areas expected to experience rain from the enhanced Habagat.

Among the events that could be impacted are:

1. ITZY: 3rd World Tour "Tunnel Vision"
SM Mall of Asia Arena, Pasay City
6:00 PM

South Korean K-pop girl group ITZY is set to perform for their one-night Manila stop. Fans are advised to monitor updates from organizers regarding possible weather-related changes.

2. Jose Mari Chan: "Afterglow: Seasons of the Heart"
PICC Plenary Hall, Pasay City

8:00 PM

The special concert will feature Jose Mari Chan with guests including JM Dela Cerna, Marielle Montellano, and Lyka Estrella. Attendees are encouraged to check for announcements in case weather conditions affect travel or event operations.

3. Puregold's OPM Con Generations
Araneta Coliseum, Quezon City
July 11

The OPM concert event is scheduled to take place at the Araneta Coliseum. Fans should stay updated on possible advisories from organizers due to the effects of Typhoon Inday-enhanced Habagat.

Concertgoers are advised to plan for possible rain, allow extra travel time, and monitor official announcements from event organizers and local authorities.
