(July 09 2026) Cloudy skies hovered Metro Manila seen from Quezon City on Thursday July 9 2026, according to PAGASA Super typhoon Inday weakened into a typhoon early Thursday. However, moderate to heavy rainfall is likelier on Friday and Saturday over Zamboanga, Lanao, Negros, Panay, MIMAROPA, CALABARZON, Central Luzon, Ilocos, and Metro Manila. Widespread and serious flooding and landslides remain possible in these areas. The public is advised to continue monitoring updates on the typhoon and Habagat. Photo/Analy Labor
