Local officials in Pampanga led the ceremonial opening of new classroom buildings of two public schools in Candaba on 2 July.
Vice Governor Dennis “Delta” Pineda and Candaba Mayor Rene Maglanque, together with teachers and students, graced the blessings of the newly-constructed two-story, six-classroom building of Gulap National High School (GNHS) in Barangay Sto. Rosario, and a similar structure in San Agustin Elementary School (SAES) in Barangay San Agustin.
The Pampanga Capitol funded the construction of the P11.5-million new building of GNHS and the P11.7-million facility of SAES.
Each building is fully equipped with restrooms, chairs, blackboards and ceiling fans to ensure comfort for students.
