MV Nilad inauguration

Department of Environment and Natural Resources Secretary Juan Miguel Cuna, together with Department of Transportation Secretary Giovanni Lopez, Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) Vice President Lee Yun-young, and South Korea Ambassador to the Philippines Sang-Hwa Lee, lead the inauguration of the MV Nilad at Pier 15 in Manila on 30 June 2026. The KOICA-donated vessel will be used to remove marine litter and respond to pollution incidents in Manila Bay.
